DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) Trip Part 1: Peace bell, Stone Wall, Train Wreck and Border

The daytrip to the DMZ, the North / South Korean border, was great. I’d recommend it to anyone who is visiting Seoul (and has an interest in politics / history).

The first leg of the journey took in the ‘Peace bell’, a wall made up of stones from (in)famous conflicts, a symbolic train wreck, and a peek across the river to the North!

(Apologies for splitting this post, but the way WordPress inserts galleries means it’s easier for me to spilt it)
